Using GoDaddy for your domain hosting

Many home based business owners, affiliates and even some people, who are not in the home business field may decide to create their own website and with that have their very own domain name. Having your very own domain name is a good thing and can be beneficial to both you and your business because it is a lot more professional than just having a normal one. Furthermore, it is also unique thus making it stand out against the millions of other domain names that the internet has given birth to which as a result, gives you an advantage against those who do not have their own specialised name. If you do your research then you'll find there are quite a few domain hosting sites out there but many of them are very different. Take GDI and Go Daddy for example.

With GDI you pay a $10 monthly fee to have your very own domain but you also get a load of email addresses. Furthermore the best feature is that you have the opportunity of getting paid some major money which could literally turn your life around because you will get the financial freedom you've always wanted and you will be recession proof! However, I’m not here today to talk to you about GDI. I'm here to tell you about a site called Go Daddy and the services that they offer. I only used GDI as an example to show you the differences between domain hosting websites.

Firstly with Go Daddy you do not get paid and you do not get your very own range of email addresses if you decide to sign up. What do you get though is a domain hosting service which is like no other. Not only do you get the chance to search and choose a domain name, but with that name you are also given the opportunity to add a lot more features which are mentioned below:

1) Once you have searched and chosen your very own domain name, you are given the chance to save over 50% on discounted domain bundles which are either standard or deluxe. This could end up being very useful because this can help you increase the amount of exposure to your site thus giving you more of an online presence. With this option though, you don’t just have one domain, you can have up to 5!

2) With your domain name you can decide for how long you want it or in other words the duration of its existence. This is from one year all the way up to ten! However, this service isn’t for free. The longer you want your domain to be on the world wide web, the more it will cost you.

3) You are also given the chance to add something called ‘SmartSpace’ and according to the team of Go Daddy workers this would be ‘perfect for the home or business’. This service allows you to add photos, videos, blog posts and a lot more to your site. Moreover, you can also link it to a social media site that you a part of such as Facebook or YouTube letting you display the content that you have on there.

4) Lastly, making a domain name isn’t the only service that this site has to offer. You can also re-new your domain and even do a simple transfer. For example if you have a .com domain, then you can change that and transfer to a .org.

They are just a few of the advantages of joining and starting up a domain name with Go Daddy. The sign up process doesn’t take long at all and once this is done, you’re ready to go and begin the search for your very own personalised, unique domain name. If you are interested and would like to take advantage of these features, then just visit the Go Daddy website and start your domain name search.
